Started the day with breakie overlooking the waves at Surfer’s Point.
Out the corner of my eye, I spotted a huge splash. A few minutes later, two whales started breaching their tails for all to see. Gave the the two surfers a scare I think.
Then moved up the coast. I had one more winery to visit. More about that later. Stopped at Injidup beach and two three sets of surfers. “Car Parks” and “Pea Break” were the closest, so I snapped away.
This poor dude below got wiped out at Pea Break. All in glorious slow motion.
Found a new winery today. Mongrel Creek Wines sits just a few kilometres from Happs – just off Commonage Road. The great cellar door has the feel of a mens shed. Filled with traditional and well used wood working tools.
