Headed up towards Mutton Bird and Kronkup.

Kronkup – Cosy Corner Beach

With pristine white beaches, camping facilities, and lots of picnic benches, Cosy Corner is indeed, very cosy.Child friendly Cosy Corner lies just north of West Cape Howe National Park at the end of Cosy Corner Road off the Lower Denmark Road. This is definitely a gorgeous beach that is off the beaten track. Overlooking Migo Island at the south west end of the beach, Cosy Corner is a delight.

Kronkup – Shelley Beach

Shelley Beach and Shelley Beach Lookout offer magnificent views of Torbay Head in West Cape Howe National Park, the most southern point of Western Australia.

Shelley Beach in West Cape Howe is a beautiful and powerful beach along the waters of Torbay. The turquoise waters, lush surrounds and ocean breeze make this beach a popular yet remote destination.

Mutton Bird – Hanging Rock

A local geographical landscape feature located off the approach road to Mutton Bird Beach.

2022 – 01 13 – Jan 13th – Albany Mixed (Mutton Bird – Hanging Rock)

Mutton Bird – Mutton Bird Beach

It consists of a curving 80 m long beach located at the base of 70 m high unstable slopes, with Hanging Rock headland forming the western boundary. It is fronted by a 150 m wide surf zone, drained by a permanent rip against the western rocks.

The northern half of the bay is relatively exposed, while to the south a series of small islands extend 3 km to the east. Between the lee of Shelter Island and Migo Island to the south are six near continuous beaches. Most are accessible by car and cleared farmland lies to the west.
