A quick race down to Margaret River by avoiding all the cameras and roadworks.
Spending 3 weeks in the South West of Western Australia. Our 1st week will be in Margaret River cruising around taking photos.
Monday 3rd Jan
Dumped gear off at holiday stay and headed for sunset at Prevelly. Rest up, grab food and relax with some wine.
Tuesday 4th Jan
Took a drive down to Redgate Beach. On our last visit, the carpark was getting an upgrade. This time, burnt bushland surrounded the area. Some idiot had started a fire few weeks ago which had burnt through much of the landscape.
Went to see an old favourite location – “Prevelly – Surfers Point – Southside Mainbreak”.
Wednesday 5th Jan
A quick drive down to Gracetown and Prevelly for some swimming. Crystal clear waters and great surf. Finished up at Prevelly River Mouth for sunset.
